Allstate is seeking motivated students for their part-time Sales Trainee Program. This remote role offers hands-on experience in sales and customer service within the insurance industry, allowing you to balance work with your education. You will engage with prospective customers, convert leads, and assist with insurance quotes while receiving ongoing training and development.

Engage with prospective customers through inbound and outbound sales conversations
Convert warm leads into customers using a proven consultative sales strategy
Assist customers with insurance quotes and coverage recommendations
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
Work from home in a fast-paced call center environment
Must be actively enrolled in a 4-year college, 2-year community college, or technical program
