Account Executive I, Inside Sales

BCBSMA is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive to market, sell, and retain their commercial medical and dental products to broker partners, direct accounts, and individuals. This role involves cross-selling, retaining business, and building strong broker relationships within a call center environment. You will provide consultative solutions in a price-sensitive and regulated market, focusing on growing market share and promoting consumer engagement products.

• Market, sell, and retain BCBSMA commercial medical and dental products
• Build and maintain relationships with broker partners and direct accounts
• Cross-sell and sell new business to grow market share
• Provide consultative, complex solutions in a regulated environment
• Utilize telesales skills to respond to inbound and outbound calls
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas for new accounts and retention
