Sales Engineer

Novanta is seeking a technically strong Sales Engineer for the Iberia region to drive growth by selling engineered solutions to OEMs in robotics, automation, and medical technology. This role involves consultative selling, building relationships with engineering and executive stakeholders, and influencing customer roadmaps.

• Identify and develop new OEM opportunities
• Build strong pipelines across assigned territories
• Develop relationships with engineering, purchasing, and executive stakeholders
• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions
• Support design-in activities
• Manage opportunities through Salesforce CRM
