HVAC Sales Account Representative

Johnson Controls is seeking an HVAC Sales Account Representative to sell their Building Efficiency (BE) offerings to building owners. You will build and manage long-term customer relationships, promote the company's value proposition, and drive sales of service agreements. This role focuses on understanding customer needs and providing business and technical solutions to improve facilities and achieve business objectives.

• Sell Johnson Controls BE offerings to Director and VP level building owners
• Promote value proposition with business and technical solutions
• Build and manage long-term customer relationships and partnerships
• Sell, renew, and expand renewable service agreements
• Address customer operational and environmental objectives
• Minimum three years of field sales experience in HVAC, Construction, or Building Systems
