Sales Representative

Medtronic is seeking a Sales Representative to manage and grow their Cardiac Surgery business in the Andalusia and Badajoz region of Spain. This field-based role involves maintaining relationships with existing clients, acquiring new ones, and achieving sales targets. You will also be responsible for market intelligence, strategy advising, and providing product training and clinical support.

• Maximize sales performance through full sales cycle execution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
• Analyze market and develop effective account sales strategies
• Increase penetration within existing accounts and convert non-buying accounts
• Deliver product training, education, and technical/clinical support
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, technologies, and market dynamics
