VP, Equipment Regional Sales Manager

Triumph is seeking a VP, Equipment Regional Sales Manager to originate equipment-based loans by building and maintaining relationships with clients. This role involves assisting with underwriting, seeking credit approval, and managing existing loan portfolios. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equipment finance and outside sales experience.

• Develop business strategy to source new equipment finance relationships
• Manage relationships with existing and prospective borrowers
• Qualify borrowers by reviewing financial information
• Seek credit approval and negotiate loan structures
• Assist with collections and customer service for loan portfolios
• 5-7 years in equipment finance or similar industry
