Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you will be a key point of contact for clients, supporting Relationship Managers in delivering exceptional service and managing complex banking needs. You will liaise between clients and internal teams, ensuring efficient resolution of inquiries and smooth onboarding processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to client relationship management.

• Support Relationship Managers in client acquisition, onboarding, and retention
• Serve as a primary contact for complex client requests and inquiries
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service delivery
• Manage client servicing and engagement plans
• Uphold legal, regulatory, and internal policy standards
• Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills
