Mid-Market Account Director

Five9 is seeking a Mid-Market Account Director to manage existing customer relationships and drive new revenue opportunities for their cloud contact center software. This role involves establishing yourself as a trusted advisor, identifying growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

• Manage customer relationships and overall account strategy

• Develop and execute sales strategies
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
• Minimum 8 years of sales experience in CCaaS and/or SaaS
