Inside Sales Rep

Waste Connections is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Elk Grove Village, IL. This role is crucial for driving sales success by supporting broker relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will act as a key liaison between internal sales teams and external partners, streamlining processes and maintaining accurate data.

• Respond to inquiries from brokers, customers, and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate and support sales activity by submitting competitive bids
• Serve as the primary point of contact for broker-managed accounts
• Maintain and manage the sales pipeline
• Perform accurate data entry, lead tracking, and reporting within CRM systems
• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer support, or sales operations
