Account Executive

Nexstar is seeking an Account Executive to generate advertising revenue by selling television advertising to local businesses. You will manage existing accounts, cold-call new prospects, and develop advertising strategies and creative content to meet client needs.

• Generate advertising revenue by selling television advertising
• Call on established agencies and cold-call new prospects
• Establish credible relationships with the local business community
• Develop advertising schedules and work with clients to create advertisements
• Minimum one year of sales experience, preferably in media
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Mass Communications, or equivalent experience
