Sales Engineer

As a Sales Engineer, you will be the primary technical liaison between BlueScope Conventional Steel Services and its builders and brands. You will provide structural design, estimating, and communication support, developing preliminary designs and professional proposals for conventional and hybrid buildings. This role is crucial for driving sales revenue and margin by collaborating with sales teams and ensuring customer requirements are met.

• Provide structural design and estimating for conventional and hybrid buildings
• Develop professional proposals and sales strategies
• Liaise between internal teams, external suppliers, and customers
• Ensure building code compliance and structural safety
• Meet or exceed annual sales revenue and margin targets
• Requires PE license and 5 years of construction industry experience
