Inside Sales Account Rep Analyst

As an Inside Sales Account Representative Analyst, you will be instrumental in supporting enterprise sales by engaging and qualifying leads, and building customer relationships. • Engage inbound and outbound enterprise leads
• Conduct qualification and discovery conversations
• Support Account Representatives with lead handoffs and CRM documentation
• Assist in creating quotes and proposals
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM
• Develop understanding of client offerings and industry use cases
