Sr. Account Solution Engineer

Salesforce is seeking an Account Solution Engineer to join their sales team in Milan, Italy. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, translating customer business objectives into compelling technical solutions and product recommendations. You will collaborate with sales teams, present product offerings, and lead the technical aspects of the sales cycle to drive customer success.

• Act as a trusted advisor and lead the solution cycle
• Understand customer needs and position Salesforce products as the best solution
• Develop and present customized demos and solution concepts
• Respond to RFPs and lead the technical side of the sales cycle
• Must have hands-on Salesforce experience and fluency in Italian & English
• Experience implementing Digital Transformation strategies
