About this role
CVG, a product development and manufacturing leader, is seeking a strategic Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key OEM clients. This role involves becoming a trusted partner, identifying new opportunities, driving revenue, and ensuring the successful execution of custom plastic solutions. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, significantly impacting customer success and company growth.
What we are looking for

- Develop and execute strategic account plans to exceed sales targets
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts
- Lead full sales cycle from opportunity to contract negotiation
