Account Manager - Home Health Sales

VitalCaring is seeking a driven Account Manager to join their home health sales team in Orlando, Florida. This field-based role focuses on driving referral growth and admissions by building strong relationships with healthcare partners. You will be responsible for territory ownership and referral-driven growth within the home health and hospice sector.

• Drive referral growth and admissions in assigned territory
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, and SNFs
• Generate new business through outreach and networking
• Meet or exceed defined referral and performance targets
• Manage daily activity and pipeline tracking in CRM
• Direct healthcare-related sales experience required
