Business Development Account Representative

Carpenter Technology is seeking a Business Development Account Representative to act as a liaison between customers and the company. This role involves managing assigned accounts, understanding customer needs, identifying solutions, and collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues related to scheduling, inventory, pricing, and specifications.

• Manage assigned customer accounts and provide comprehensive support
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal departments to resolve customer issues
• Identify and assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Participate in projects to improve customer service processes
• Initiate proactive calls to new and existing accounts
• High School diploma required, degree preferred
