Account Director

FIRST, a global brand experience agency, seeks an Account Director to manage client relationships, drive strategic development, and ensure successful program delivery. This role focuses on client satisfaction, revenue growth, and acting as a trusted partner and internal leader for assigned accounts.

• Primary point of contact and strategic advisor for assigned clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships
• Develop pipeline of growth opportunities and manage account plans
• Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and financial performance
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address issues
• Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals
