part time sales lead

Five Below is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to join their team in New Orleans. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, overseeing daily store operations, and assisting with stock management. You will also act as Manager on Duty when needed and support the training of crew members.

• Wow the customer through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and provide excellent customer service
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates
• Drive store sales and control expenses
