Sales Development Representative, Intelligence (Miami)

Crexi is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline for their AI-powered commercial real estate data and analytics platform. You will identify, engage, and qualify prospective buyers through high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and social outreach. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on cold calls and quickly learns the CRE market.

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, and social outreach
• Research and qualify prospects using market intelligence and CRM tools
• Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives
• Initiate and nurture early-stage pipeline with compelling value proposition
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and activity logs in Salesforce
• Leverage sales engagement tools and AI-assisted tools to increase efficiency
