Senior Director, Partner Sales

Lead partner sales strategy and execution across the Americas for Braze, a customer engagement platform. You will manage a team of Partner Sales Managers, drive partner-qualified lead generation, and ensure strategic partners are integrated into sales deals to maximize pipeline and revenue. This role requires deep experience in B2B SaaS partner sales and the ability to influence sales leadership.

• Own partner sales motion across AMER and LATAM
• Lead and develop a team of four Partner Sales Managers
• Drive partner-qualified lead generation and partner-sourced revenue
• Build and execute territory-level partner strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate partner-led growth
• Manage senior relationships with strategic partners
