Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Specialist Sales Operations ET & Sales Support to join their Spine business in West Chester, PA or Raynham, MA. This hybrid role focuses on supporting critical billing, contract, pricing, and revenue processes to enable sales execution and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Manage contract workflows, agreements, renewals, and amendments
• Liaise between Deal Desk, Contract Management, and Field Sales
• Resolve pricing, billing, invoicing, and revenue discrepancies
• Partner with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
• Maintain data quality and support reporting activities
• Identify process improvement opportunities
