About this role
Alloy is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of 6-8 Account Executives focused on the Mid-Market Banking and Credit Union segment. This role involves driving pipeline generation, deal strategy, forecast accuracy, and coaching AEs in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive B2B SaaS sales experience, including management, and deep expertise in digital banking, fintech, or fraud/identity risk.
What we are looking for
6- Lead and coach a team of 6-8 Account Executives
- Drive pipeline generation, deal strategy, and forecast accuracy
- Manage day-to-day rep performance through structured 1:1s
- Develop and execute coaching programs for AE development
- Coordinate channel-influenced deal execution with strategic partners
- Requires 6-10 years B2B SaaS sales experience, with 2+ years managing AEs
