Senior Account Executive , Expansion - DACH (Ireland Based)

This is a senior account executive role focused on expanding business within the DACH market, with opportunities for candidates based in Ireland or Germany. You will be responsible for building your own pipeline through aggressive outbound prospecting into HubSpot's existing customer base and managing full sales cycles for specialized offerings.

• Build and own full-cycle sales pipeline through multi-channel outbound prospecting
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with service leaders, CS, IT, and business buyers
• Translate technical value of Service Hub, Customer Agent, and Revenue Hub to business outcomes
• 3+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience with consistent quota attainment
• Fluency in German and English
• Proven self-sourced pipeline generation and top producer track record
