Organon is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead Clinical Account Specialists in the Tennessee and Carolinas territory. This role involves coaching, training, and managing a team to support healthcare providers and systems in meeting patient goals. The position requires significant travel within the territory.

• Lead and manage Clinical Account Specialists
• Coach specialists and oversee training
• Develop and provide resources for customer teams
• Experience working with key thought leaders or high influence customers
• Strong leadership and customer-centric mindset
• Manage territory covering Tennessee and Carolinas with 50% travel
