What we are looking for

Manage MILSATCOM captures and drive strategy for new business
Oversee internal research and development investments for capture activities
Lead solicitation responses (RFPs, RFIs, BAAs) and develop winning strategies
Develop and maintain customer and stakeholder relationships
Understand global competitive landscape and position Boeing for wins
Interact with internal senior executive leadership for decision making
