Business Development Representative

Concentrix is seeking a Business Development Representative to identify and engage potential new clients and uncover upsell/cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base. This role supports Sales and Account Management teams by creating interest in Concentrix's services and ensuring a strong sales pipeline. You will proactively identify, contact, and cultivate new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and social channels to secure qualified meetings.

• Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects in various C-level positions
• Build rapport with prospects while creating interest in Concentrix services
• Proactive collaboration with Sales, Management and Marketing
• Identify the needs and challenges of a prospective customer
• Accountable to goals of qualified meetings, opportunities and revenue
• 2-4+ years in a BDR/SDR role with proven success in outbound prospecting
