Key Account Executive

Labcorp is seeking a field-based Key Account Executive to join their sales team in Waldorf, MD. This role involves educating and upselling to assigned accounts, acting as a liaison between clients and operations, and providing ongoing service to ensure customer retention and organic growth. • Educate, instruct and upsell assigned and newly generated accounts
• Act as a liaison between client and Labcorp operations team
• Provide ongoing service and problem resolution to customer base
• Ensure customer retention through superior customer service
• Upsell current book of business to increase organic growth
• Meet and exceed monthly retention and upsell goals
