Enterprise Account Executive - Federal Health

Appian is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive digital transformation within the Federal Health sector. This role involves navigating complex accounts, managing a sales cycle of 6-12 months, and closing deals. You will be responsible for prospecting, client discovery, and building business value for government agencies.
