About this role
As a Product Management Manager, you will drive the growth and profitability of key product categories including water storage tanks, bath & kitchen fittings, and PTMT taps. You will develop category strategies, manage product portfolios, and lead new product development from concept to launch. This role requires close collaboration with sales, R&D, manufacturing, and marketing teams to identify market opportunities and deliver business objectives.
What we are looking for 6
- Own category strategy, P&L, and market leadership for water storage tanks, bath & kitchen fittings, and PTMT taps
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, including portfolio optimization and new product development
- Drive market intelligence and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and execute pricing strategies and value engineering initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, R&D, Manufacturing, and Marketing
- 8-12 years of experience in Product/Category Management within relevant industries
