Product Manager

Gap Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to support their Enterprise Journey team, focusing on HR Service Delivery and Workplace Experience systems. • Track and report HR service delivery performance and operational metrics
• Coordinate with managed service delivery partners and track vendor contracts
• Support incident triage and resolution for HR and service delivery platforms
• Gather requirements and coordinate UAT for system changes
• Maintain current-state documentation for processes and systems
• Utilize AI and LLM tools for data analysis and content creation
