About this role
As an Associate Director, Product Management, you will lead the Product Management function for Associate Technology Experience (ATX). You will develop product talent, strengthen product management capabilities, and improve how teams leverage insights and data to deliver outcomes for associates and the business. This role involves guiding Product Managers in discovery, prioritization, roadmap development, and performance measurement while collaborating across various departments to enhance product delivery.
