Principal AI Product & Strategy Manager, Technical

Lead ambitious AI innovations from concept to commercial success at T-Mobile. This role owns end-to-end product strategy and delivery for breakthrough AI initiatives, creating new revenue streams and differentiated customer experiences. You will work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate, build, and launch AI-powered solutions.

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for flagship AI initiatives
• Conduct deep customer research and market analysis for AI opportunities
• Develop compelling business cases and value propositions for new AI products
• Drive technical delivery end to end, defining scope for releases
• Collaborate with Technical Architects, UX/UI designers, and engineering teams
• Lead customer discovery and validation activities for new AI products
