Technical Product Owner

ZEISS is seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner in Bangalore to drive product vision and manage the backlog for scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions. This role involves requirement engineering, UX design, and stakeholder management, with a focus on Agile practices and leveraging AI-driven capabilities. The ideal candidate will ensure alignment with business, clinical, and regulatory needs.

• Lead end-to-end requirement engineering across the product lifecycle
• Define functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring traceability
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing technical debt and compliance
• Create and review UX mockups, wireframes, and screen flows
• Act as liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards
