Program Manager

Sensata is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will manage project lifecycles, coordinate cross-functional teams, and serve as a liaison between project members and stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and risk management skills.

• Lead multiple project activities throughout project lifecycles
• Plan and develop scope, deliverables, resources, budget, and timing
• Apply change, risk, and resource management
• Resolve project scope issues and assess program strengths
• Ensure goals are met in customer satisfaction and team performance
• Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status
