Product Management, Human Data Platform

Anthropic is seeking a Product Manager to lead the direction of their Human Data Platform. This role involves building systems for data collection to improve AI models, working with engineering teams, and collaborating across research, data operations, and external vendors. You will translate learnings into clear product direction and ensure the tooling scales with evolving data needs.

• Own product direction for human data tooling
• Prioritize labeling interfaces, infrastructure, and data quality
• Partner with engineering to scope and ship quickly
• Develop understanding of research and training approaches
• Identify patterns and push for reusable infrastructure
• Define and track outcome-based KPIs
