Manager, Product Development

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Product Development to drive the creation and enhancement of next-generation payment capabilities. You will define product strategy, manage roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative payment solutions. This role requires a blend of product management expertise, deep payments knowledge, and strong analytical skills to influence stakeholders and execute effectively in a complex technical environment.

• Define and manage product vision, roadmap, and requirements for strategic payment platform initiatives
• Lead end-to-end product development from concept through launch and adoption
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, and regional stakeholders
• Influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners to align around product vision and priorities
• Leverage data analytics and AI tools to drive product performance and decision-making
• 6-10 years of experience in Product Management or Product Development within the payments domain
