Agile Product Owner, BA, COBOL

FIS is seeking a senior Agile Product Owner Lead to drive design and development for complex Auto Finance platforms supporting Volkswagen Financial Services. This role involves owning the product backlog, translating client needs into executable solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, production-ready software in a regulated financial services environment.

• Lead design and development execution for Auto Finance projects
• Own and manage the Agile backlog
• Gather requirements and document Business Functional Requirements (BFRs)
• Translate BFRs into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with Development, QA, and Release Management teams
• Experience with COBOL mainframe-based applications and IBM Mainframe technologies required
