Senior Product Manager, Strategic Initiatives

Lead high-priority strategic initiatives at CareScout, focusing on complex business and customer challenges that span multiple products and teams. You will define product strategy, drive execution from ideation to launch, and achieve measurable business outcomes. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving in ambiguous environments, and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

• Own and lead strategic initiatives from ideation to launch and optimization
• Define product vision, strategy, success metrics, and roadmaps
• Partner with cross-functional leaders across Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations
• Leverage customer research, market insights, and data analysis
• Drive cross-functional alignment and manage complex dependencies
• Communicate strategy, tradeoffs, and results to senior leadership
