Product Analyst Co-op

As a Product Analyst Co-op on the Personal and Business Banking team, you will support product management initiatives within the Payments and Open Banking Crew. You'll map client journeys, identify pain points, and contribute to project delivery and documentation. This role offers hands-on experience in a hybrid work environment, contributing to meaningful product enhancements.

• Map client and customer journeys to identify friction points
• Support the delivery of small projects and initiatives
• Document action plans and gather information from partners
• Assist with product management activities and prepare materials
• Gain experience in a chapter and squad model with mentorship
• Contribute to understanding client experience and product improvements
