Digital PM Analyst, Assistant Vice President

Citi is seeking a Digital Product Manager Analyst to join the Identify Digital domain, focusing on customer onboarding and authentication experiences. This role supports product managers in delivering the product roadmap, refining user stories, and coordinating cross-functional teams. You will track key product metrics, conduct market research, and synthesize customer feedback to improve digital identity solutions.

• Support product managers in executing the product roadmap
• Write and refine user stories and product documentation
• Track and report on key product metrics and A/B test results
• Conduct competitive and market research
