About this role

ModMed is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager / Release Train Engineer to lead our Agile Release Train. You will orchestrate quarterly PI Planning, facilitate ART ceremonies, and drive alignment across engineering, product, and business teams. This role requires expertise in value stream management, risk mitigation, and optimizing development lifecycles, including AI/ML. You will also leverage generative AI tools to enhance program predictability and automate reporting.

Lead and facilitate ART ceremonies including PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt
Optimize value flow, manage risks, and streamline dependencies across SDLC and AI/ML lifecycles
Drive cross-functional alignment between Product Management, Engineering, and Architecture
Partner with leadership on technical roadmaps and capacity planning
Champion Agile/SAFe practices and continuous improvement
Utilize GenAI for reporting, data analysis, and task automation
