Data Product Manager

Empower is seeking a Data Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of enterprise data products. This role involves translating business needs into scalable data assets, collaborating with engineering and analytics teams, and ensuring data quality and governance within a financial services environment.

• Own roadmap and execution for data products
• Partner with stakeholders to identify use cases and translate requirements
• Define and maintain product documentation including PRDs, epics, and user stories
• Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and platform teams using Agile
• Ensure data products are reliable, discoverable, secure, and fit for purpose
• Implement data governance requirements including metadata management and lineage
