Mid-Level or Experienced Electronics Programs Unit IPT Lead (Project Management Specialist)

Lead cross-organizational projects for electronics programs, managing cost, schedule, and risk. This role requires proficiency in project management, performance reporting, and coordinating with engineering, operations, and suppliers to ensure successful hardware development and delivery.

• Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and manage cost accounts for electronics programs
• Develop and analyze integrated cost, schedule, technical, and risk management plans
• Maintain Earned Value baselines and Estimates at Completion
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers for hardware production
• Drive project execution, track tasks, and provide status reporting
• Requires ability to obtain a U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance
