Technology Product Manager

Caliber Collision is seeking a Technology Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of technology solutions that enhance performance in our collision repair centers. You will drive innovation by selecting and deploying AI-powered tools, automation, and analytics to improve repair order accuracy and parts procurement efficiency. This role requires close collaboration with various teams to ensure successful project delivery and continuous improvement.

• Develop and implement technology strategies for collision repair centers
• Lead product selection and implementation of AI-powered tools and automation
• Streamline processes through AI agents, automation, and analytics solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, IT, and operations
• Drive continuous improvement using data analysis and key performance metrics
• Manage vendor relationships and conduct performance assessments
