Project Manager

Davis is seeking a Project Manager to oversee daily construction processes and manage projects from initiation to completion. This role involves ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget by managing safety, quality, costs, scheduling, and contract administration.

• Manage daily construction processes and project execution
• Oversee safety, quality, cost, contracting, scheduling, and contract administration
• Ensure timely and within-budget project completion
• Requires 4+ years of construction experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience with project management and scheduling software
• Knowledge of sustainable building practices (e.g., LEED)
