Product Manager – Agentic Modernization

Kyndryl is seeking a Lead Product Manager to define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for their Agentic Modernization platform. This role involves bridging customer needs with AI technology to enable enterprises to modernize applications and operations through AI agents. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage product lifecycles, and ensure the platform's security and responsible AI practices.

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Agentic Modernization platform
• Identify capabilities to accelerate transformation of legacy processes with AI agents
• Gather and prioritize requirements from diverse stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and architecture teams
• Own product backlogs, release planning, and lifecycle management
• Ensure enterprise-grade security, governance, and responsible AI practices
