Sr Manager Solution Marketing LSP

project44 is seeking a Senior Manager of Solution Marketing to translate complex logistics operations and AI agent capabilities into compelling messaging and sales tools. This hands-on role involves creating messaging frameworks, sales assets, and campaign narratives to support sales teams in North America and EMEA. You will work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership to understand and articulate how LSP44's AI agents solve operational pain points for logistics service providers.

• Translate AI agent capabilities into logistics-focused messaging
• Develop positioning and messaging frameworks for LSP44's platform
• Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) across LSP subsegments
• Create core sales toolkit including pitch decks, one-pagers, and value narratives
• Design and deliver enablement sessions for sales teams
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to gather market feedback
