• Develop new and existing insurance products for premium growth and profitability
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, and claims teams on product design
• Analyze market data and customer feedback for product enhancements
• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps
• Minimum 5 years of underwriting or product experience
