Senior Engineering Program Manager II - New Ventures

Axon is seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager to lead the integrated execution of hardware for their robotics platform, including drones and ground control stations. This role involves managing complex, multi-disciplinary hardware-software-firmware systems from design through mass production, with a focus on international manufacturing, regulatory certification, and product launch.

• Own the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for robotics hardware
• Manage cross-functional integration points and drive formal change control
• Lead phase gate execution and present readiness assessments to leadership
• Own the risk register end-to-end, including structured risk analysis
• Serve as the primary hardware execution voice to VP-level and C-level leadership
• Manage contract manufacturer relationships across international sites
