SME, GPP Product Specialist

Finastra is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for their FGPP product to act as the primary technical point of contact for clients in production. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving complex issues, managing escalations, and collaborating with development and support teams to ensure smooth operation of critical financial processes.

• Serve as the main technical contact for FGPP production issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex client-facing issues
• Manage escalations from Level 2 support
• Analyze traces and configurations to diagnose problems
• Provide setup and configuration solutions to customers
• Collaborate with development and QA teams
